Stuart Shee believes that life insurance is a social miracle. Early in his career as a financial advisor, his work allowed a dear friend to choose dignity in his final days, passing away at home instead of in a charitable institution or hospice. That experience reinforced his commitment to the profession.
He is both a beneficiary and architect of a risk-planning program that has safeguarded countless families from financial ruin during times of catastrophe. A Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®), he has actively contributed to the profession through leadership roles, including serving as an MCC Zone Chair. His passion for mentorship has led him to coach and guide MDRT® members and successful agency leaders worldwide.
As the founder of Advisors in-Sync (AiS), he leads an agency of excellence, driven by leaders dedicated to empowering lives. His guiding principle and statement of purpose is clear:
"We have four competitors—Death, Old Age, Critical Illness, and Disability. Our mission is to reach people before they do."
Beyond the agency, he is a global speaker, having shared insights on sales and agency leadership at MDRT® Annual Meetings, MDRT® Global Conferences, the World Critical Illness Congress, and various MDRT® platforms—spanning over 60 cities across 16 countries.
He is also an associate trainer with Great Eastern Life, The Kinder Brothers International (KBI), and Leadership Management International (LMI). His contributions to the industry include the creation of the MARKSync® Toolkit and Agency Leadership Program, a highly sought-after training program, and authoring the bestselling book, Work of Heart.
A philanthropist at heart, he donates most of his speaking fees and all book proceeds to various charities. His fundraising program, AiS Heartstrings Challenge, raised $100,000 in 2021 and $110,000 in 2024 for SAAC and ARC Children's Centre, respectively.
Above all, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Nancy, and a loving father to their two children, Myra and Egan.
