Over the years, Alphonso Franco, a leading authority in Critical Illness Insurance, along with Dr. Marius Barnard, a world-renowned heart transplant surgeon and the creator of critical illness insurance, and Mehdi Fakharzadeh, an insurance legend and highly respected advisor, discussed the importance of acknowledging leaders in the industry. Their close personal relationships led to the launch of an annual event to celebrate pioneers and leaders on a global scale.
